Choose from a whole range of fitness classes from our current Bodywork programme for for fun ways to get fitter!
Fitness Classes are a great opportunity to meet up with old friends or make new ones. So whether you’re a beginner or regular you are sure to find a class at a time that suits you. Finish off with a relaxing visit to the sauna and steam room and stop and have a coffee in our revamped Beaumonts Café!
If you are unsure about BODYPUMP™ then we have the perfect solution! Work through the moves and learn the techniques with our top instructors so you are ready to go go go! Sessions are Monday 9.15am -9.30am, Tuesday 6pm-6.30pm and Saturday 9am-9.30am. Suitable for beginners. Sessions are on our LIVE timetable below.

Oakgrove Bodywork Programme
Evening and weekend fitness classes are available at Oakgrove Leisure Centre. These are FREE to Bletchley Beaumonts Health Club members. Off peak rates apply to off-peak members.

If you're buying more than 2 classes every week you could be better off with our Beaumonts membership. Ttimetabled classes are FREE to members including those at Oakgrove Leisure Centre.
