Bushey Grove is home to Beaumonts Health Club, which includes a fitness studio, the latest in Power Plate® technology, dance studio, health suite and therapies and is complemented by a 25m pool, teaching pool, crèche, badminton, squash as well as outdoor floodlit 5-a-side, netball, tennis courts and NEW Padel tennis courts.

Fantastic New Fitness Class App for your phone!

GymJam is a brand new iPhone App which gives you access to our swimming and Bodywork programme timetable plus much more. The App has been launched to make it even easier for you to see our timetables, discuss topics, plan your sessions and monitor what you have done.

The App also allows you to set calendar reminders for fitness classes, and has an in-built instant chat to speak to other gym buddies. You can share fitness programmes and workout tips with each other or simply get a group together to attend a class.

Big Splash

British Swimming is working with the BBC to get the UK into the pool in a celebration of swimming called the Big Splash. And this is your invitation to join us. Come on in, the water's lovely.

This is your chance to join the 13 million people in the UK who are already making a Big Splash, by taking part in swimming events across the country, finding out what Bushey Grove, your local pool has to offer, benefiting from fantastic money saving offers and winning some great prizes!

Some of your favourite BBC faces will be taking part, so keep an eye out on TV, radio and online. This really is the world’s biggest celebration of swimming, encouraging new people into the pool and helping those who already swim to have more fun, more often.
