Becky Hill - Senior Instructor / Personal Trainer

Originally from an athletics background competing at County level, also a swimming teaching part time. Becky’s passion for health and fitness led her to become a Personal Trainer and Studio Instructor.  Since having a child in Summer 2014, she is enjoying post-natal training and re-adapting to her health and fitness lifestyle.

Becky’s goal

Each client leaves their personal training session feeling strong, positive and energised. She has a wealth of personal training experience and her clients have come to expect a fully optimised, dynamic programme tailored specifically to their requirements.


Whether you need to tone up, lower body fat, get stronger, increase your flexibility, prepare for an event or recover from an injury, Becky’s approach will get you there efficiently and effectively. She strongly believes it is never too late to start exercising, and that with a
positive frame of mind anything can be achieved. Becky recognizes that every single client exercises for a different reason and has a different goal, and with this in mind always delivers training which is specific to your needs.  Becky’s thoughtful approach to an individuals needs creates instant rapport, and her personal experience and passion for health and fitness means she gets real job satisfaction from helping people achieve their goals. Personal training is all about staying motivated, getting results and getting them on schedule. We recognize that every client is an individual, and we know every client requires a bespoke programme to achieve their goals.
