Strength equipment includes:

We have 5 eSpinner bikes in the gym perfect for if you are unable to attend one of our Pedal X classes. Users of all levels and abilities can experience the fun and energy of a class with a Virtual Master Instructor who will guide you through your work out with state-of-the-art embedded touch screen. You will love the real, on-the-bike feel that this interractive equipment offers.
CROSS CiRCUIT is a workout that combines both strength and cardio in one location. Taking into account the importance of your time and need for efficiency, along with the benefits of interval training creating maximum benefits in a minimal amount of time.
