We are excited to introduce a new CROSS CiRCUIT workout in the gym.

CROSS CiRCUIT is a workout that combines both strength and cardio in one location. Taking into account the importance of your time and need for efficiency, along with the benefits of interval training creating maximum benefits in a minimal amount of time.

Some of the benefits of CROSS CiRCUIT training are:

· Boosts cardio and muscular endurance and strength

· Great way to burn calories

· Breaks training plateaus

And because it’s instructor led, it’s really motivating and enjoyable!

These sessions are run for 30 minutes each with no need to book just get involved! Instructors will be running these on the Octane® equipment and will be looking for up to 12 eager participants, so why not get a friend involved as well.

Sessions take place on:

Mondays and Wednesdays at 10.30am

Tuesdays and Thursdays  at 7.30pm
