Fun ways to get fitter with our Bodywork Programme
Our fitness class timetable has been put together with you in mind, whether you are a beginner or a regular to fitness we have a wide range of fantastic classes to suit you.
Our classes range from Pilates, Zumba, LesMills Bodypump and Grit, Boxafit, Step and Pedal X to name just a few! So if you are looking for a high intensity workout or something to improve your core strength and balance we have a class for you!
All our classes are led by experienced instructors and are available from early morning to evening, so you can decide the best time for you to come and enjoy working out in a group environment.

We are launching a new legs, bums and tums class on Wednesday the 29th March. These will continue every Wednesday from 8.30-9.25am in the Multi Purpose Room.
A low impact toning class designed to condition the lower body.
New Pilates Class every Friday at 9.30am, a great way to strengthen core muscles, improve flexibility and posture.

Whether you’re a beginner or a regular, you’ll find a class at a time to suit you, so come in and join in the fun! Classes are a great opportunity to meet up with old friends or to make new ones! So after your class, why not enjoy some relaxing visit to the Health Suite or stop and have a coffee and a chat in our Beaumonts Café.
