Fun ways to get fitter with our Bodywork Programme

Our fitness class timetable has been put together with you in mind, whether you are a beginner or a regular to fitness we have a wide range of fantastic classes to suit you.

 Our classes range from Pilates, Zumba, LesMills Bodypump and Grit, Boxafit, Step and Pedal X to name just a few! So if you are looking for a high intensity workout or something to improve your core strength and balance we have a class for you!

All our classes are led by experienced instructors and are available from early morning to evening, so you can decide the best time for you to come and enjoy working out in a group environment.

FITNESS PROGRAMME

 

September Fitness Challenge

Beat the Clock this September at Bushey Grove

Join us for our September challenge from the 1st - 30th September, complete a series of set workouts based on the particpants level (beginners, intermediate and advance).

All workouts have to be completed within 20 minutes, you can take part in the challenges as many times as you want throughout the 4 weeks.

This is a great way to improve your overall fitness, challenge yourself and try some new workouts. You can work your way through the levels over the 4 week challenge.

Pickup your record card today to start the challenge, all particpants with completed cards will be submitted into our prize draw to win ONE MONTH FREE!

NEW CLASSES

We have a new Saturday morning running club launching on Saturday 29th July.

If you are training for an event or just want to get out and get fit join us on Saturday's from 10.30-11.30am.

This is open to all abilities and ages.

RUNNING CLUB

 

 

Whether you’re a beginner or a regular, you’ll find a class at a time to suit you, so come in and join in the fun! Classes are a great opportunity to meet up with old friends or to make new ones! So after your class, why not enjoy some relaxing visit to the Health Suite or stop and have a coffee and a chat in our Beaumonts Café.

How to book your class

You can book your class online, by telephone or via our reception team in the centre.

We've found that some of our classes are extremely popular and therefore to allow everyone the opportunity to book a space the allocation of certain classes are split between online spaces and telephone or in person. Once all the online spaces are taken the class will no longer appear as available, however any remaining spaces can still be booked in person or by telephone.
