The Fit Camp takes place everyday in the holidays Monday to Friday, 8.45am – 5.15pm (except bank holidays)   A Shokk Fit Camp menu is also available please call to find out options and prices.   Spaces are very limited so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.   Shokk Gym, Trampolining, Gymnastics, Water Walkerz, Hula Hooping, Cheerleading, Street Dance, Box-Circuit, Squash, Rounders, Swimming,Football, Street Combat and introducing day excursions!
