The SHOKK Youth Gym at the Furzefield Centre aims to get more young people active and help in the fight against childhood obesity in the area by offering new and exciting sporting options.

This unique offering provides young people with access to specialist SHOKK youth specific equipment and a wealth of expert advice on cardio-vascular, resistance and other types of training. A first for young people in Potters Bar, the Furzefield site is more than just a gym, it is a complete education programme which encourages 8 to 15 year olds to adopt a healthy lifestyle and take responsibility of their own activity, along side education on the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle, which will stay with them throughout their lives.
SHOKK membership includes FREE swimming and fun swims during normal centre opening hours. We currently have a special 6 week membership details below:
