There is also training on Sundays from 11.00 a.m to 12.00 noon.

Karate is an all round discipline which improves fitness, develops the mind and teaches self-defence. We find that children gain confidence and Karate helps their concentration and focus. Discipline is also an important part of Karate. Students will meet new friends, some of whom may become friends for life. The instructors are highly qualified and CRB checked.

Please call in and see our secretary or telephone 07534 563456 for more details. There is more information about our clubs at www.karate-masters.co.uk.

Looking forward to seeing you!
