Fun ways to get fitter with our Fitness Class Timetable

Choose from a whole range of fitness classes available everyday.  Whether you’re a beginner, or a regular, you’ll find a class at a time to suit you, so come in and join in the fun! 

Classes are a great opportunity to meet up with old friends or to make new ones! So after your class, why not enjoy a relaxing visit to the Health Suite or stop for a coffee and a chat in our Beaumonts Café.

Zumba

Zumba ® fitness is part dance, part aerobics, a fabulous fun cardiodance fitness workout designed for absolutely everyone.

No dance or fitness experience required.

BurleX Fitness is a new Dance Fitness program.

Designed to work on your core strength and flexibility whilst indulging in the thrill and adventure of Burlesque styled dance.
