Keep active in Milton Keynes with our new Keep Active MK programme!
Includes a range of different sporting activities and courses, for different age groups and all genders, spread across the year and all designed to get you back into your favourite sport or to to have a go at one you've never tried before.
Sessions are run in partnership with national sport governing bodies such as England Netball and Badminton England, as well as local charities, schools and sporting groups.
NEW - 6 week Tennis Course
Oakgrove leisure centre - starts 5 july - 9 AUGUST, 2017
Calling all adults aged 19-25 years. Learn to play tennis the proper way this summer with MKTennis at Oakgrove Leisure Centre. Outside on the mult-use game area MUGA - its the perfect playing surface! Costs are £24 for the entire 6 week course - but only 8 places are available. Walking Netball- New for Summer

A lower impact way to play the game you love! Join netball coach, Sachel Grant, every Thursday afternoon from 1.30pm - 2.30pm in our bright sports hall here at Bletchley Leisure Centre. Only £4 per session - and that includes a free standard tea or coffee afterwards in our Bletchley Cafe. No need to book - just simply turn up and pay and play! In partnership with England Netball. Don't give up on the sport you love - join us instead on the artificial grass pitch at Tattenhoe Sports Pavilion. Every Monday from 12.30pm - 1.30pm. Oakgrove School Table Tennis- after-school project set to return
OAKGROVE leisure CENTRE- 12 september, 2017
Are you a student at Oakgrove School and aged 11-16 years. If so you can take part in our unique table tennis after-school programme at Oakgrove Leisure Centre - right next door to the school. Coached by Stephen Baggaley, brother and Personal Coach of Olympian, Andrew Baggaley. Starts Tuesday, 12 September and then every Tuesday from 3.15pm - 4.15pm (term-time only). Only £2 to pay and play - no booking required. Only 16 places available so it will be first come - first served at each session. In partnership with Oakgrove School. Calling all those aged16+ with learning disabilities - Get involved in our Get Active sessions in the sports hall at Bletchley Leisure Centre every Friday from 11am-12noon. First 2 weeks FREE - then only £3 per session and carer goes free. In partnership with LEAP (Bucks & Milton Keynes County Sport Partnership), MK Dons SET and Milton Keynes Council.
