Exercise In The Water

Aqua Aerobics

A low impact workout in the water, suitable for all levels. Unfortunately, we do not recommend newly pregnant ladies who have not done these classes before to take part in aqua aerobics.




Deep Water Aerobics

A challenging aqua aerobics class involving treading water, so an ability to swim is required. Not recommended for Pre or post natal ladies. Please note: belts must be worn at all times.


Twilight Swimming Sessions

Twilight Swimming sessions Fridays 21.15 - 22.15. Why not come and enjoy a relaxing swim to calming music with dimmed lights. For more information please ask reception.

New Session 'Swimfit'

Bring your work out to the pool for the ultimate swim! Choose your Swim Fit session, supported by a qualified swimming instructor. Tuesdays 19.00 - 20.00.
