A social art group, stewarded by volunteer tutors. Watercolours are predominantly used. Customers work on their own projects and have the advantage of calling on the art tutors for individual tuition, if required. This is an extremely popular group, so please call the Fifty Plus team before attending.

Gentle exercise
This is a gentle chair based exercise to assist in enhancing mobility, strength, posture and wellbeing. If you struggle to take part in other activities, this will suit you. It will compliment any previous physiotherapy you may have had in assisting and maintaining maximum mobility.

Musical Keyboard
We offer three self-help groups and one for beginners with tuition. These groups benefit those with a musical keyboard who would like to learn how to play along with programmed rhythms. Easier if you can read music, but we also teach from scratch. Please check first to establish availability.
