Welcome to Fifty Plus
We have developed the programme in order to provide activities for those predominantly of retirement age, however this is not exclusive so anyone can join in!
The Fifty Plus programme contains a host of weekly activities ranging from Indoor Bowls to Bridge, Tap Dancing to Yoga. You don’t always need to book in advance so there is plenty of flexibility. In the majority of cases, equipment is provided to get you started, so you don’t need to go to any great expense to get involved.
In addition to the weekly programme we also offer a range of special events, day trips, short courses and 10 Quiz evenings each year. Present courses consist of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates.
We are constantly trying to update the programme of activities to keep it as fresh and exciting as possible and to do this, we need your input. If you have any ideas as to how we can improve the programme or would like to make any comments, please contact the Fifty Plus Team on 01707 645005
