We offer an extensive and varied programme of fitness classes as part of our Bodyworks Programme , so we can guarantee you will find something to keep you motivated - week after week.

We have toning classes to trim and tone your muscles, aerobic classes to get your heart beating and relaxation classes to help you to chill out and de-stress.

 

Our classes cater for all levels from beginners through to advanced, and our qualified and experienced instructors can help you to ensure you make the most of your time.
