Chris became a teaching professional in 2003 and has worked with and alongside many fine instructors from within the world of golf, Denis Pugh, Peter Mitchell and Chris Jenkins to name a few. Chris further enhanced his teaching development when attaining his full PGA accreditation with honours in 2007, placed as the leading trainee in the East Region and 13th in the year overall. This was recognised by Titleist, whom offered Chris a scholarship for academic achievements.

In 2010, Chris was selected by Essex County to become their Lead Development Coach within the County Academy Programme.

With me it’s the dog wagging the tail scenario, if the body is not functioning properly the arms will not swing correctly, however, neither of these are effective if we do not hold the club or address the ball properly”……Chris Nunn
