Aqua Aerobics

Resistance/strengthening classes aimed at improving tone, strength and mobility. Aqua Aerobics is a popular way of keeping fit, particularly for people with certain health problems or those recovering from injury. It’s also very good for pregnant women and is an ideal post-natal exercise.

Get fit and get toned with this world leading pool workout programme delivered by qualified instructors who help you to achieve a series of challenges designed to progressively increase fitness, stamina, and ability. 

Please note, due to our funding stopping for this activity we have had to make a small increase to our price.  This will now bring it in line with our Swim School price.


Thursdays: 7pm - 8pm

Over 60's FREE Swimming!

All Three Rivers residents aged 60+ can swim for FREE on Tuesdays 9am - 10am, and Thursdays 12pm - 1pm.  Advance registration is required for new participants.  Please ask for more details.

Ladies Only Swimming

We offer ladies only swimming sessions with female lifeguards.  Please refer to our live timetable for times or click here


Get Set Splash

We run a Disabled Swimming Sessions every Thursday 11am - 12pm , which run alongside the sessions listed in the pool programme.

The sessions are open to both disabled users and their carers/families (up to a maximum of four people). A PoolPod is available for those who require assistance.
