Circuits

A multi station group exercise class designed to work on all the basic elements of fitness including strength, stamina and flexibility, which incorporates a mix of resistance and cardio exercise. Participants can exercise at their own pace which means that there is flexibility in the degree of intensity.  We also operate a Circuits class for our "Classic" group, aimed at the more mature or retired person.
