As a licensed massage therapist since 2001, Martine's training is in deep tissue massage, sports massage, Swedish massage and on-site massage for companies.

Deep Tissue Massage is a technique focussing on the deeper layers of muscles giving a greater sense of release and range of movement. Aiming to reduce chronic patterns of tension and tightness in the body.

Martine also works as a massage therapist for "The Disability Foundation" at the Royal Orthopedic Hospital. This is a registered charity that specialises in working with people with disabilities, their families and carers.

Martine studied at the Middlesex School of Complimentary Medicine. She is fully insured and is a member of the International Guild of Professional Practitioners.
