Our Crèche provides a fun, safe and sociable environment for your child to enjoy during your visits to The Venue.

Take some time out for yourself. Go for a swim, try out a class or just enjoy a coffee, safe in the knowledge that your child is just a few rooms away in the care of our qualified and friendly staff.

We can look after children under 8 years (from 2 months)

Our Crèche is registered with and regularly inspected by OFSTED.

Additional Information

Your child’s first visit

We ask you to complete a registration form giving essential information concerning your child such as allergies or medical conditions. We also ask for a contact number for another member of your family or a friend in case you are unavailable.

Entertainment:

We keep a wide selection of educational toys, small world, role play, books and building blocks plus various activities including painting, sticking and messy play.

What can you bring?

Anything that will make your child’s visit an enjoyable one, such as comforters, or a familiar toy.

Child Security:

Each child must be signed in on arrival and signed out when you leave.

Emergency Evacuation:

All staff are fully trained in emergency evacuation procedures. Should an evacuation take place, please do not put yourself at risk by returning to the crèche. Leave the building via the nearest exit and go directly to the assembly point, where you will be reunited with your child.

Booking Procedures:

Places are limited, so please try to pre-book before the required day to secure a place. Additional sessions may be available on the day (subject to availability).

Cancellation:

Full rate will be charged for customers who book an activity or class and do not attend. Cancellation a minimum of an hour before the start of the session will not incur a charge.

Beaumonts Members / Leisure Card Holders can pre-book one session up to two weeks in advance. Contact Reception and have your leisure card number to hand.

Non Leisure Card Holders can book one session up to one week ahead. Contact reception to find out availability. Payment is taken at the time of booking.
