Our Youth Gym sessions continue during the holidays (except Bank Holidays)...

3.30 - 4.30pm, 4.30 - 5.30pm Mondays - Thursdays
3 - 4pm, 4 - 5pm, 5 - 6pm on Fridays
All day Saturday-Sunday

Plus an extra holiday session: Weekdays from 10.30 - 11.30am

NB: It is necessary to complete an induction before using the gym for the first time. You will be shown how to use the equipment safely and effectively so you can achieve your fitness goals.

Holiday Playscheme @ Hertswood Centre

Ideal for working parents or those simply looking for a fun week of activities for their children! Kiddie Kamps and Day Camps are run at the Hertswood Centre - just a short walk from The Venue in Borehamwood.
