Youth Fitness Gym

 

Thinking about getting active?  Think no longer - get yourself down to our Youth Gym!   Friendly, trained gym instructors are always on hand to offer advice on equipment and exercise.

Session details:

Days/Times:       Monday - Thursday:

                           - Session 1: 3.30pm-4.30pm

                           - Session 2: 4.30pm-5.30pm                          

                            Friday:

                           - Session 1: 3pm-4pm

                           - Session 2: 4pm-5pm 

                           - Session 3: 5pm-6pm

                          Saturday/Sunday - all day

 Ages:                 12 - 15 years                                                    

Booking:             Book in advance or turn up on the day.

                           Members can book 7 days in advance for members,

                           Non-members 2 days in advance.

Please note: These sessions take place during both term-time and school holidays. 

Additional sessions are available during school holidays  - weekdays at 10.30-11.30am

How it works:

  • An induction must be completed before using the gym for the first time where you will be shown how to use the equipment safely and effectively so you can achieve your fitness goals. 
  • You will be give a different colour wristband dependent on your arrival tme.  You may only stay until the end time stated for that colour, so please arrive promptly for your session.
  • Rowdy or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and those involved will be asked to leave.
