Fitness classes can be a great way to motivate yourself and work out in a group environment. We have a wide range of classes available ranging from gentle stretching to intense cardiovascular workouts.
Choose from a wide range of fitness classes. Whether you’re a beginner or a regular you’ll find something to suit you at a time to suit you!
'Calm' classes, such as Pilates and Yoga. These allow you to relax and unwind whilst improving your flexibility and muscle tone.
'Toning and Conditioning' classes such as Body Conditioning, Aqua Aerobics, Fitball and Bums, Legs & Tums. These are great for improving muscle tone, strength and endurance.
'Aerobic' classes such as Spinning®, Circuits, Zumba®, Bokwa®, Kettlercise® and Aerobics. These are great for heart and lungs and designed to get you a little out of breath! Good too for calorie burning.
Classes are a great chance to meet up with friends or to make new ones! After your class, why not enjoy a relaxing visit to the Health Suite or a coffee and a chat in Beaumonts Café?
