GRIT™

The 30-minute high-intensity interval training workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.

 

BODY COMBAT™

A high energy martial arts inspired workout. You will learn you way to punch, kick and and strike your way to superior fitness and strength.

 

BODYPUMP™

A Weights class using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. Total body work out that burns lot of calories.
