1:1 workouts with a Personal Trainer are ideal for you if:
You are working towards a specific goal such as weight loss or training for an event
You need a bit of motivation to keep pushing yourself and your fitness goals
You are new to fitness and want that extra bit of support to help you become confident in use of the equipment
You are a regular gym user but are not seeing the results you would like or are getting a bit bored with your usual routine
You are recovering from injury or an operation and would like a tailored programme and support to help you regain your fitness levels
Personal Training sessions are 1-hour in duration. Before you start your first session, your Trainer will talk to you to understand what you are looking to achieve and will then take you through a programme specifically designed to achieve these goals. Your Trainer will help motivate you to push yourself to work harder than you would on your own. Your Trainer will also devise a programme for you to follow in those sessions you do on your own.

Ben is a level 3 qualified Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in Client Lifestyle & Fitness Assessment, Exercise Nutrition and Power Plate exercise.
" I have worked in fitness for over 4 years, starting off as a gym instructor and am now a fully qualified personal trainer. I have an interest and passion for health & exercise.
I enjoy designing challenging & creative training programmes for short & long term fitness goals. These goals can range from simply a desire to increase overall fitness & strength to altering body shape through weight loss and/or muscle gain.
I like to keep my sessions as varied and challenging as possible - including the use of gym cardio equipment, free weights, kettle bells, stability balls and a bosu.
I have a keen interest in exercise nutrition and can advise clients on how to adjust their eating in order to achieve their goals.
