Get fit with our Fitness Class Timetable

Choose from a whole range of fitness classes available everyday, we run over 100 classes a week.

Whether you’re a beginner, or a regular, you’ll find something to suit you at a time to suit you, so come in and join in the fun!

Classes are a great opportunity to meet up with old friends or to make new ones!  So after your class, why not stop and have a coffee and a chat in our Beaumonts Café.

New classes

Les Mills Body Balance: 

Tuesdays at 7.15pm - 8pm

Thursdays at 8.05pm - 8.50pm

Wednesdays 17:30 - 18:15 in studio 2

Time Changes

Please be aware of the following changes to the Fitness Class Timetable:

Tuesday - Les Mills Body Pump 18.15 class - now finishes at the later time of 19:10.  

Class change

Buggy Blitz - with effect from Monday 5th December, the Monday Buggy Blitz class will also incorporate Pound exercises.

Class Cancellations

Pound (R) - Thursday 20.05 - 20.50

Metafit(TM) - sunday 10.00 - 10.30 - cancelled

Core Circuits - Sunday 10.40 - 11.25 - cancelled

Circuits on Sundays is now at the revised itme of 10.30 - 11.15am in Studio 1.
