Fitness Classes

Get fit with our Fitness Class Timetable

Choose from a whole range of fitness classes available everyday, we run over 100 classes a week.

Whether you’re a beginner, or a regular, you’ll find something to suit you at a time to suit you, so come in and join in the fun!

Classes are a great opportunity to meet up with old friends or to make new ones!  So after your class, why not stop and have a coffee and a chat in our Beaumonts Café.

Class Cancellations

Due to an external course, we have had to unfortunately cancel the following classes:

Wednesday 29th March

Yoga at 10.30am - 12pm

Thursday 30th March

Zumba(R) Toning at 9.35am - 10.20am

Pound at 10.30am - 11.15am

Body Balance at 11.30m - 12.30am
