We have some fantastic Les Mills classes at William Penn Leisure Centre. The new GRIT™ Series and BODY BALANCE™ have been added to our timetable along with keeping our popular BODY PUMP™ and BODY COMBAT™ classes.

 

GRIT™

The 30-minute high-intensity interval training workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.

 

 

BODY BALANCE™

A yoga class for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your mind, body and your life.

 

BODY COMBAT™

A high energy martial arts inspired workout. You will learn your way to punch, kick and strike your way to superior fitness and strength.

 

BODYPUMP™

A Weights class using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition.  Total body work out that burns lot of calories.
