Keep active in Milton Keynes with our new Keep Active MK programme!
Includes a range of different sporting activities and courses, for different age groups and all genders, spread across the year and all designed to get you back into your favourite sport or to to have a go at one you've never tried before.
Sessions are run in partnership with national sport governing bodies such as England Netball and Badminton England, as well as local charities, schools and sporting groups.
Badminton Essentials - NEW Course

New 6 week Essentials programme with Badminton England starts Tuesday 21 Feburary, and then every week from 5.30pm-6.30pm. Sessions take place in our bright sports hall with level 2 qualified coach, Andrei Wiltshire. Only £18 for the entire course - now with FREE Badminton court voucher on completion. Only 16 places available. All ages welcome including families. Book and pay in advance.
Get Active - for those with learning disabilities- NOW ON

Calling all those aged16+ with learning disabilities - Get involved in our Get Active sessions in the sports hall at Bletchley Leisure Centre every Friday from 11am-12noon. First 2 weeks FREE - then only £3 per session and carer goes free. Table Tennis - 6 week course - RESUMES after Feb half term.
open to OAKGROVE SCHOOL STUDENTS -- AGED 14+
Calling Oakgrove School students aged 14+ book a place on our six week Table Tennis course at Oakgrove Leisure Centre. Now on - 3.15pm - 4.15pm. Term time only. Coached by Stephen Baggaley, brother of Olympian, Andrew Baggaley. Only £6 for the entire course. Yes that's equivalent to £1 per session!
Only two places still available which must be booked and paid for in advance. Alternatively, simply pop in to the Leisure Centre Reception - just opposite the school entrance. Junior Trampolining - 6 week course for ages 11-16 years

Back to Netball - NOW ON
Bletchley leisure centre
Ladies! Join the hundreds of women across the nation who play netball each week with 'Back to Netball'. Every Thursday from 8.30pm-9.30pm in the sports hall at Bletchley Leisure Centre. Suitable for absolute beginners. Supported by England Netball and Coached by Tina Irvine from MK club Netball United. £3.50 per session. Just turn up and play!
