Booking by Telephone

We accept credit card bookings subject to a booking fee of £1.00 per order. If the answerphone is in operation the Box Office is either busy or closed, please leave a message and we will return your call.

Booking in Person

You may book in person at the Box Office and use either cash, credit card or cheque. We accept most major credit cards, exept American Express and Diners. Cheques must be made payable to Hertsmere Leisure and be accompanied by a guarantee card.

Reservations

Tickets can be reserved, pending payment for three days only unless it is a group booking.

Conditions of Sale

We regret that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase.

Babes in Arms

To comply with fire regulations a ticket must be bought for all children, however young.
